Unfortunately, like all social media platforms
You will never convince people to be better and get their minds right emotionally. Nothing wrong with encouraging better behavior for the sake of team we all root for, but ultimately, you have to sift their the toxic spreaders and learn to ignore them. They are emotionally unwilling to see their extreme negativity.
