Only they didn’t close the top of the bag, so it was just filling up with rainwater and marinating all of the packages inside. 2 of the packages were plastic envelopes, but one was a cardboard box that was so waterlogged that it pretty much disintegrated when trying to move it. And that box contained an electric baby toy.
