We are one and done with them.

Our Flight from SLC was delayed by two hours this morning causing us to miss our connecting flight in Orlando to San Juan. We were supposed to land at SJU at 4:45pm.

After spending 6 hours in the Orlando airport we are about to board a Jet Blue flight that will get us in at Midnight.

This is after Spirit wanted us to fly to a Philly tonight and take an early flight tomorrow AM (with no sleep) to SJU getting us in at 10:30am.

Needless to say, I was furious. I did my best to not take it out on the person helping us at the service desk.

There were many folks in our same position.

Never again, Spirit.
