It always makes me happy to see Kansas State win the Big 12. I’ve been to Kansas State’s campus and stadium and campus and it is an attractive campus. But Manhattan, Kansas itself is a long ways from anywhere and surrounded by nowhere. If a school in Manhattan can win the Big 12, anyone can. Plus, their helmet logo is one of the best in sports.

Even 2 full years after the Conway debacle, my heart is still full of joy any time the Coastal Yewts with their stupid teal field lose convincingly.

I am impressed how Tulane can be consistently terrible, but then every decade or so has a phenomenal team (thinking back to that undefeated team in the late 90s that beat BYU). The Tulane I most remember are the terrible teams Crowton ran up the score on in 2001 and the 2009 game right after the Oklahoma game where we could basically follow the ball in an empty Superdome.

A 12 team playoff this year would have been far more fun to watch than exhibition games.

Others have mentioned this, but I haven’t seen Urban look at anyone like he did at Kyle last night.
