That's good advice. I have a similar thing called the "If I Die" spreadsheet.
It has a lot of that information. I update it each month along with a net worth spreadsheet that gives her contact info, life insurance policy numbers, general archive in what buckets to use first, etc. I pdf it and send it to her at the end of each month. We review it for about 30 seconds. It's sadly one of the highlights of my month (pathetic, I know).

She's not really interested in it but it gives me a little bit of comfort that she can find it and point her in the right direction. I use a password manager (last pass) which helps with the logins.
