I think the thing that Nua has going for him is he has coached at two of the biggest blue blood college programs
in the country.
Being at Michigan and USC means he's seen and experience how the highest levels of college football are played. He understands the recruiting, resourcing, support staff, etc. that are required to operate at the highest levels. Will BYU be able to match that, no. But that is invaluable experience that we don't have.
