I’m 40 and never been to a chiropractor.

Hogwash or worth it? Tweaked my back squatting yesterday. I can stand up straight. It doesn’t hurt too bad but I can’t be very active or it starts to hurt.

My wife is a PA and doesn’t think much of chiropractors. I know other swear by them. I’ve just never been.
