It's partly Saleh's fault but it's hard to "control" a locker room full of grown
men who are professionals. In college that is probably easier but good luck trying to control how 52 other grown men feel about the QB, especially when he is playing poorly. Zach could've gotten away with the poor play if his teammates loved him but they clearly didn't.
