Buying Land…how to negotiate with the owner? He’s a big builder who bought the land from a rancher. It’s a in a wash so
Not very usable to him but it’s behind my house so I want to own it.
He’s a business man. I’m a doctor. I’ve no idea how to start the conversation.
He knows I want to buy a couple acres (or more) so he texted me today and asked me to call him.
Anyone got an idea on how you’d broach it with him ? I am not super good with these types of conversations. Do you start out with a get to know you small talk?
