good boss can make, even with my mental health outside of work.

I hate to share this while so many are suffering layoffs, but my boss is just so good. Whenever there’s a new team member who needs training and mentorship, my boss always comes to me first with that opportunity. He is very flexible about where I work, as long as I get my work done and do it from the office. And if I ever have questions or concerns about my compensation, he is always quick to share with me the correct contact info for the HR manager.

I’ve heard about great, caring bosses in the paint industry, but not here. #soblessed
