I have noticed over the past three years that work-from-home employees take very little PTO (fact). Reason No. 1 (assumption): they are always taking PTO and relaxing, i.e., by the pool, on the golf course, going to the bank, the doctor, picking up the kids, etc.
What if I offered unlimited PTO and demanded everyone return to the office?
Has anyone had unlimited PTO and work from home?
