So you're accepting what I said is true, both about pay and about senior enlisted and officers having their issues fixed faster, but can't accept that rank has some role in the E2 fixing an E7's travel voucher faster than someone nearer his own rank. The E2 is more submissive to the LTC due purely to his BN commander's knowledge of the system.
