are treated like second class citizens and the junior enlisted are treated worse than the senior enlisted. This no doubt is true within the finance and travel offices leading to minimum longer wait times for things to get fixed when they are screwed up and possibly more problems to begin with. I counted myself lucky when I was in since I never had any major issues with finance or travel. I did know a guy that lost an entire paycheck once. They admitted verbally to him that they owed it to him but it never got fixed. He bothered them for well over a year and eventually he gave up.
