I have zero interest in that show. None.

I have watched it a few times, however, and it must draw enough viewers to stay on the air — I suspect its still pretty popular. From what I've seen, I would think that its fans watch it to see:

* totally crazy people
* very attractive people
* romance
* drama
* pop culture (i.e. not be "left out" of what's happening)

Never once would I think that the host was part of what drew people to the show.
