I'm guessing that you paid about $5 each for the drinks. Another $3-4 for the
side of bacon. Add the $20 for the 2 pancake plates and you are around $35.
Last time I ate at IHOP with my family (2 adults, 3 kids) we ordered 2 meals for my wife and I, my 2 older kids got free kids meals with a "free kids meal with purchase of adult entree" deal they were doing, and then my youngest who is only a year old ate off of my wife and mine's plates. Only drinks ordered were the ones that came with the kids meal. I think the total cost was somewhere around $30 after tax and tip to feed us all.

I just did a test order. In order for that to be $82, you all got bacon cheeseburgers and a drink. Add on lg fry is $76
