I’m at a SaaS company with almost no perks, but lots of long-term employees
It’s like pulling teeth to get approval to spend money, you use your laptop until it dies, and the company rarely buys lunch, but they pay well, most of the people in my org have been there 5+ years, and the company has never had a layoff in 20 years, so they must be doing something right.
