I hate the interview process so much though.
I'd rather keep the stability and decent pay than have to interview every 2 years for the bump in salary and title change.
I make decent money. Probably less though than if I'd job hopped all the time but I have no regrets and wouldn't do anything different.
Been at my current company since 2004 with no real plans to go anywhere else anytime soon.
