It's contagious. But so is being nice. Thankfully, the schools my kids go to

haven't had much of this behavior at all. Sure there are some isolated incidences of kids being mean. But the ganging up repeatedly on someone just doesn't happen. I've seen much more good behavior and impressive actions from the kids than the opposite.
