1. First kid registers and records his number.
2. First kid gives his number to second kid to use when he registers.
3. Second kid gives his registration number to first kid.
4. First kid goes back into the system and adds the second kid’s number to his already-complete registration.

This is how they explained it in our ward. Sounds like there is a window of time where they can fine tune the registration.
