Tell me about using L-arginine to improve lifting.
I read about it just to understand it but I'm not sure I get it. Seems like there are precautions against its usage but a 10 minute look didn't tell me why someone wouldn't use it. As I understand it, it is basically an amino acid the body turns into a gas that opens veins to move more blood blood around. I could see how that could be dangerous but the concept is also intriguing. Don't have plans on incorporating it in my diet per say but I would love to understand it and get an impression about taking it from anyone who is in the know from experience or near vicinity to someone who has experience.
