Torsades 3rd String

from the start of Afib, cardioversion is safe in terms of stroke risk. Anything above 48 hours or unsure, they do a TEE to check for thrombi or are on anticoagulation therapy for 3-4 weeks.

Maybe they trust your Apple Watch but before they cardiovert, they often will do a TEE.
