It's hard to say because when you can attract the very best athletes to the lower levels of competition, you can do really well, even if the other aspects of coaching are average.

Now, at a higher level of play, Deion gets to show if he has the other aspects of coaching beyond recruiting.  Maybe he does and maybe he doesn't.  We'll find out.
