Solid gear! I have similar items which are well under 10 pounds. Here's mine:
Pack: Osprey Exos 58 (expandable to 65); one of the lighter packs that can carry higher weights on longer treks; popular on the PCT. I also have an Osprey Atmos 65; it's pretty plush and has lot's of features, but has a weight disadvantage. My Exos works for up to one week for me.

Tent: Big Agnes Copperspur (2 person); love this tent; similar to your Tigerwall; Although, I also have a Big Agnes Flycreek Platinum (1 person) that is ridiculously light, I use this when I want to go light and/or sleep alone.

Sleeping Bag: Western Mountaineering MegaLite 30 degree down (which I have sent back to factory to have overstuffed...they add additional down for 5-10 degrees more warmth...).

Pad: Therm-a-Rest Neoair Xtherm; I've tried other air pads with mixed results as some sleep colder than others; the Xtherm is sweet...still light but good insulation.

Sorry for the long post... I love backpacking and I'm a bit of a gear freak!
