There are some bad eggs. I would say the most important thing(s) is to find a good trainer who also sends out a good

group of kids who will do it the right way (sales process) and not get in trouble (after hours). My observation is the big personalities with a lot of flash are probably not the kinds of guys with whom I would want my son to go out with. Find a guy (manager) who is humble and just heads down working hard.
