Similarities but are not the same and at an elite level the nuances are going to make a huge difference.

Baseball swing also has a lot to do with making contact to hit a moving ball.

Are you sure?? I think we get similar ball speed numbers at Top Golf as we get in our sim at home. Perhaps they adjust
