Jay Hill interview take away: He’s going to work and recruit

Caught this interview from Ys Guys. Listening to him, he gets it. The only way you can separate from the other guy is to out prepare and out work him. We didn’t have that in the prior staff and Kalani didn’t demand it or hold them accountable.

And what was he doing: recruiting. Good stuff.
