I think it may have been no more than 1, 2, or 3 bad-apple decision-makers.
If it'd been more than that I kinda doubt things woulda quickly & quietly resumed like they did.
Honestly, it shocks me any California school would do that in this day & age to BYU.
I really think it came down to a single head-strong bigot in a position of power. Maybe two or three.
