Have stayed at Excellence in Cancun before a couple of times so wanted try try out the new one. Resort was great, but the thing that stood out most to us was the service was just not that great. It seemed to be more of a culture thing than anything. Jamaicans are just so laid back that it felt like they got around to doing stuff whenever the felt like it. Service in restaurants took forever every meal. We would ask for something for our room and it would take hours. Also everywhere we went vendors were trying to sell us pot in every form imaginable.

Overall jamaica was ok but we won’t go back.
