Obviously, everybody has their own ways of doing it. I am trying to move from saving too much to spending a little more the last few years our kids live at home. But sometimes, I feel like I am pulling my own teeth to do it because it goes against what comes naturally for me.

Heading into a recession, I imagine a lot of people will probably have to make some changes in different places.
