Question for the accountants regarding taxes on inputs that are used in a finished product sold to retailers.
My startup sells frozen food products into retailers. We have a factory (someone else owns it) that makes our products and ships it directly to retailers. In addition to paying the factory for making the food we buy some of the inputs (trays, packaging) directly from the vendors and have them shipped to the factory.

Should my company be paying taxes to the tray and packaging vendors as well as to the factory?

*we have an accountant, but he is slow in responding
