We need to do this now as he is 18, graduates and is planning a mission. I am not sure how to go about the process with him being adopted from Taiwan at 4yo. We have US Birth Certificates, Adoption papers, SS card, etc.. Do we take the prof of citizenship info just like normal and fill out the paper work? Or will there be more to it than that.
