after every pitch and that once a switch pitcher starts pitching they have to use the same arm for every pitch of the at bat. That is just basic fundamental baseball that everybody knows.

But did you know that if a switch pitcher (or any pitcher really) injures an arm mid at bat he can switch arms but is not allowed any warm up pitches with the different arm?
