France... spectacular place... unbelievable meal.... one of those places they expect you spend the evening... and don't rush you to get another bunch of folks seated.... Reddie Giradet's in Crissier Switzerland and Roger Verge Moulin' de Moujin in Moujin France were out of this world too...
