owners had two bins and left them when we moved in. One of them cracked so we called for a replacement, and the trash collection company asked for a number that was on the side to verify. I gave them the number, but they said it didn't match THE ONE they had on file. So I read them the number of the other bin (the uncracked one) and they said, 'Yep...that's the one. But do you have two bins? Because we only have one on your file.'

So I had been getting one freebie for like 6 years and didn't even know it.
