Sometimes she’s nice, but most of the times she’s rude, condescending, and insulting. I try to always be professional and courteous when speaking to my co-workers, but many times I end up having to push back with her and drop the courtesy; otherwise, she tends to do too far.

My boss asked me to give the lady a call, and I’m pretty sure it’s because she doesn’t want to make the call herself 😂.

Everyone dreads having to speak to this lady.
