It makes zero sense for Amazon or anyone to pay a premium for the PAC. There
are no competing offers to raise the bids.
I don't see Amazon paying much when they literally don't have to. Amazon or ESPN can basically dictate to the PAC what they want to pay. The PAC has zero leverage.
Is Amazon going to over pay out of the goodness of their hearts?
It doesn't matter how good or bad GK is... He literally has zero leverage to negotiate with.
