I married into a Duck family so I casually follow them. I have hardly seen any talk about conference reallignment on their scout forum whereas it is a popular topic for Utah.

My only point was how interesting it is that if I only read CB I’d think the PAC-12 was on its last legs and ready to collapse at any moment.

By the same token, if I only read the Utah Scout forum I would think the PAC 12 has a much brighter future than the B12.
You summarized their general mindset very well in my opinion.

The truth is, imo, if things were actually as we see them then there would have already been some movement of schools jumping ship. If things were truly as they see them then a deal would be done and they’d be making significantly more than the Big12. Truth is none of those things has happened and they have a very positive way of reading the same negative tea leaves that CB is reading.

I desperately want CB’s most dire predictions to turn into the dream scenario for Utah/P12. The realist/battered fan in me expects it will turn out somewhere in the middle.
