It’s less about the meds and more about how your body reacts to it.

I am no expert but my understanding is everyone’s chemistry is different and matching meds isn’t an exact science. You got to work with the Dr. to find what works for you.

It’s frustrating counseling with folks who need meds and refuse because what the Dr. prescribed makes them feel worse. They quit the meds and never go back to make adjustments.
