Speaking of ribs...
I've done piles and piles of pork ribs - mostly spare ribs, but some baby back.

What I've never done is beef ribs. But a couple of months ago I ran across some frozen in a cryopack for pretty cheap and grabbed them.

So - for those of you who have smoked beef ribs, what's your go-to method? How is the time/temp different than for pork?

Or - if there's a better way to cook them than smoking, let me know and I'll give that a shot. I just want to eat something delicious - so I don't want to screw these up as a first-timer.
