What's a good, basic app on Windows that will help me split up an MP3 file into smaller files?
I have my grandma's funeral on MP3 in a large file (200MB). I want to upload it to FamilySearch. However, the file size limit is 15MB (as I remember) per file. So I need to split this audio recording up into smaller segments to successfully upload.
