It was fun to see Mike Conley get a career achievement ASG appearance as a replacement a couple of years ago, but if three guys are coming in as replacements every year it turns into the NFL, where making the Pro Bowl means absolutely nothing. Expand the rosters by a spot if you want to, but stop adding replacements.
