Flonase Sensimist. I am sure it has to do both with a combination of a messed up nose (broken it at least 3 times that I am aware of), allergies, and additional weight (30 lbs heavier than 25 years ago) as I’ve gotten older.

My left side is much worse than my right side as most of the time I can’t even breathe out of my right nostril when I’m laying down but it gets better in the summer.

I’ve never gone to the doctor about it, though.
