consistent sleep, doing activities that are physical every day (I like variety), and making sure I'm not wasting too many calories on stuff that don't actually bring me joy are my broad objectives.
I do weigh myself before every shower. Mostly just to give me a barometer on whether I should exercise a little more or be more mindful about what I am eating. Not gaining weight is 10,000 times easier than losing weight. I make sure to not gain unnecessary weight.
