put on his shoulders as a prospect, certainly unlike any other prospect in NBA history. When LeBron was 17yo, Danny Ainge said there were only 4-5 players in the league he wouldn't trade for LeBron right then. When LeBron was 18yo, Bob Costas said that he'd be a bust if he were anything other than a first ballot HOFer. He was on magazine covers as a 16yo, they were selling season tickets to his high school games.  

A lot of prospects come in with hype. Most fail to live up to it. But somehow the guy who came in with the most hype of all managed to live up to it and more.
