i've seen a lot of stories like that. someone with deeper pockets "I'll just buy
all that EBITDA and put it under me" — but then when people manage differently or make cuts they're surprised that the earnings decline or don't keep growing apace.

I've never worked for a large company. These posts make me realize how much waste exists in business.
