largely run by headless chickens running around. Not all of course, but the ineptitude is astounding. So many people are handed leadership positions not because of anything they know how to do, but simply because they know the right people and are in the right place at the right time, or get credit for someone else's work. Then when they have to do some real work or make some tough decisions, everything falls apart. In some cases a product is so good or market so cornered that a business will succeed for a long while despite complete mismanagement of the enterprise, but it will eventually fail.
