My discussion of Utah's ratings is that they're much better than Arizona, Arizona St and Colorado
Yes, Utah benefits greatly from playing Oregon and USC. But their schedule is pretty similar to Arizona, Arizona St and Colorado, but they draw substantially better.
So yes, I do believe Utah is one of the better draws in the PAC.
They're clearly ahead of Cal, Oregon St, Arizona, Arizona St, and Colorado when it comes to viewership. Utah is loosely on par with Washington St, and Stanford. Washington and UCLA are slightly ahead of that group and then there's another gap before USC and Oregon.
I have ratings that show them as #41 out of 65 P5 teams. I'm not sure that qualifies as singing their praises
