Is there a formula or way to automate this process?

I am trying to automate my oncall tracking spreadsheet. This is what the first row looks like. What I want to do is be able to just update Column B with the new date and the have the current data in Columns B, C, D shift over one column to the right. The data in Column E would be replaced by the data in Column D. Currently, I am just doing the classic copy and paste.
