Looks like FED will raise .25 interest and pause on QT. Did $300B QE last week
to bail out banks, $150B FED window loans treating underwater long term bonds collateral at par, and $150B to SVB.
FED balance sheet reached a high of $8.9T last year, QT in the last year shrunk it to $8.3T. Now back to $8.6T and rising.
