Easy answers
1) Payout differences between the B12 and PAC won't be all that big, at least not big enough to change conferences.
2) The media deal only matters in getting UW/UO to sign the GOR. If those two schools don't like the media deal or refuse to give up on the B1G dream, they don't sign, and the PAC falls apart. If they sign, then the PAC survives.
3) Any PAC-ACC conversation is as relevant as a PAC-B1G or a PAC-SEC idea. If the ACC releases their top teams, why would they join the PAC over the B1G or SEC? This is an illogical pipe dream.
